常见问题
需要账号吗？ 不需要。核心记录保存在这台设备上。
这是医疗应用吗？ 不是。Yarrow 是个人日志，不是医疗器械，不诊断、不建议剂量。
如何删除数据？ 打开 Yarrow → 设置 → 删除全部数据。卸载应用通常也会删除沙盒内数据。
如何取消订阅？ iPhone：设置 → Apple 账户 → 订阅。或在 Yarrow 付费墙选择「管理订阅」。
购买后没有解锁？ 在付费墙点「恢复购买」，并确认登录的是购买时的 Apple ID。
提醒没响？ 在系统设置中允许通知。提醒不是紧急医疗警报。
